Do you struggle with completing 100-day challenges? Try visualizing your progress with this free 100-day challenge tracker!
Have you ever set a goal to publish X number of YouTube videos? Or perhaps you’re trying to start a blog and want to publish 100 blog posts? Or, if you’re trying to become a healthy human like me, maybe you’re trying to ride your Peloton 100 times?
Whenever I set these goals, I like to use a tracker to help keep me accountable and encouraged throughout the year. I get so much satisfaction from filling in each of the bubbles as I complete the tasks. Posting them in the areas I work on these goals prompts me to make progress on that goal. Also, seeing the 100 day challenge trackers repeatedly helps keep my goals top of mind! This year on my 31 x 32 list, I have quite a few progressive items so it was the perfect opportunity to design a flexible tracker to use for each item.
I also used this as an opportunity to film a quick little ‘design with me’ video if you want to take a look at how we made this! I intentionally kept the design of the tracker quite simple. I prefer simple designs and knowing I was going to hang these in different areas of my home I wanted to make sure they were clean and tidy and wouldn’t make the space they’re in feel cluttered.
Another nice bonus of keeping these 100 day challenge trackers nice and simple is you can spice them up and match your space by using coloured markers to fill in the bubbles. I love using my dual-tip TomBow pastel markers! If you’re feeling extra fun, you could also grab some cute stickers to use to fill in the bubbles.
In the past, I’ve made these trackers a background for my phone lock screen. This was especially effective as I picked up my phone so often throughout the day, it was a constant reminder to actually book my OrangeTheory sessions and get my workouts in! I’m not going to lie though, as much as I loved adding little oranges to my tracker, it was quite the process using SnapChat to edit the picture and add oranges – if you’ve got an easier method, please share it in the comments!

I’ve gone ahead and turned this into a free printable for you guys too! Each printable has two lines to write in your own goal with a nice thick, black Sharpie. Simply pick the 100 day challenge tracker or 50-day challenge tracker, print it, write your goal on the lines, and start filling in bubbles with your colour or sticker of choice! I hope you use the tracker and find it as motivating and encouraging as I do as you work towards completing items on your birthday bucket lists!
