I’m so excited!! I’ve been eyeing the Project Life kits in Michaels ever since I discovered Elise’s Project Life archives. I absolutely adore the concept of Project Life. Cherishing the every day and making the most of this season of my life is definitely a reoccurring theme in my life right now, so I’m so excited to document it all in my new Project Life Album.

I think this is the perfect summary of Project Life. I’m so happy this card was in my kit!
Simply put, Project Life is a scrapbooking system, composed of a Core Kit, an album, and inserts. It takes the time consuming and difficulty out of scrapbooking, and strips it down to the basics. Documenting your every day life in an easy, yet beautiful and creative format. You just slip pictures, decorative cards, journalling cards, or that ticket stub from the show you went to into the pockets in the inserts.
I absolutely love that this is a simple, effective, and creative way to document my life!
My hope is to do one double-page spread per week! I’m sure with the arrival of my nephew, I’ll have no problems taking enough pictures to fill these pages. I’ve got my sister and mom on board too, so we’ll be making an hour to two out of it on the weekends together! And of course, to keep myself motivated and accountable, I’ll be sharing my spreads on Mondays starting March 1st as a week in review post.
Here’s what I’m starting out with:
